The Lake District attracts visitors year-round to Cumbria's visitor attractions, glacial landscapes and excellent accommodation. Although visitors often miss out on the wild experiences minutes away from the tourist hotspots. The Wildzone aims to help visitors really see the wild side of Cumbria from close up wild life encounters to wild family activities.

Who We Are: Wildzone

Cumbria Wild Zone is a Cluster Group of private and public sector businesses in Cumbria & outlying areas whose business is providing visitors with responsible experiences of wildlife and wild places. The group currently comprises in the region of 25 members organisations which include the owners and managers of many of the most visited "wild places" in Cumbria. These are a combination of visitor economy businesses, public sector and member organisations.
